  • Which insurances do you accept?

We participate with the major health insurance providers in our community and Medicare. For a list of Participating Health Insurance Providers click on Health Insurance tab. If your insurance company is not listed or if you cannot find the information that you are looking for, please call us at (610) 269-3066, and we would be happy to answer your question.

  • Does my insurance cover my allergy evaluation and treatment?

Allergy evaluation and treatment may be partially or totally covered by your insurance company. The extent of your coverage depends on your specific insurance plan and it is advisable to inquire that from your insurance company. Most insurance plans have copayments and/or deductibles which are the patient's responsibility. We will be glad to help you with questions about your insurance plan coverage, but it is ultimately your responsibility to verify the information that we receive from your health insurance provider. Patients belonging to HMO or POS (Health Maintenance Organizations or Point of Service) plans usually require a referral from your primary care physician for maximum coverage. It is your responsibility to obtain a valid referral at the time of service. Also in order to bill your insurance, you must bring your insurance identification card and any other necessary information with you at the time of your visit.

  • Which forms of payment do you accept for co-pays and other charges?

We accept payment by personal check, cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
